Why Did FPSRussia Go to Prison
During the time he was making videos and grabbing the audience’s attention at its peak, he was charged with some criminal cases that let him into the prison mud.
At first, there was the death of Keith Ratliff, a member of the production team of FPSRussia. He was found shot dead at his home in Georgia.
Now what linked both of these was that supply of weapons used in the videos of FPSRussia was provided by Keith Ratliff.
In addition to this, the house of Kyle Lamar Myers was raided in August 2017, and the police found possession of restricted substances at his home, along with approximately 50 weapons.
The ATF raids continued, and they found butane honey oil worth 25 grams of weight. In addition, the raiders also found marijuana.
He intended to distribute these substances and was doing it already against the law.
The whole case has been on headlines and a hot topic for quite some time. To overcome all the news and statement going around, Kyle said to have kept himself under the table and busy to avoid any further manipulated content.
How Long Did FPSRussia Go to Prison For?
After the case and felony charges, the FPSRussia was initially charged for around two years. These two years were the probation period.
After he pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute the Marijuana and Butane Honey Oil, he was further charged with two months stay in prison.
During this whole time, the YouTube channel of FPSRussia fluctuated, but people realized later that it was due to legal reasons.
Due to this federal offense, he landed in prison, and in between the time when the officials were raiding him, he stopped making different videos on YouTube, leaving the fans demented.
How Did the Case Come to An End?
Kyle Myers has been interviewed several times after his time in prison and was asked about his experience. On WoodysGamertag YouTube channel by the PKA podcast, he talked about his life in prison.
He said that he made several inmate friends and kept himself at a distance from the guard friends to prevent any misjudgments. He does several podcasts now, but his YouTube channel is not in action now.
To your knowledge, the death of Ratliff, who was a Federal Firearms License holder, remains unresolved and has become a part of several conspiracy theories.

Even though Kyle is no longer allowed to make videos involving all the firearms and their protocols and methods, he still earns through one of the legal sources and businesses to make his earning.
